AECs (Attestations d’études collégiales) are career-oriented programs specifically designed for adult students. They may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis giving the student the professional tools required to succeed on the job.

Non-Profit Leadership | Certificate

Developed in collaboration with West Island Community Shares for non-profit professionals, current and aspiring leaders and anyone interested in working in this rewarding community sector.
Led by a dynamic and experienced team of professionals, participants will learn the fundamentals of leading in the non-profit sector, deepening their knowledge and skills and learning from a range of resources and perspectives
Real Estate Agency Executive Officer
The program is intended for anyone who wishes to obtain the Agency Executive Officer (“certified AEO”) qualification, which is available to brokers who already practice real estate and hold a valid licence issued by the OACIQ, preferably in both residential and commercial brokerage. The hybrid program distinguishes itself by providing the Agency Executive Officer basic training in English.
Commercial Real Estate Brokerage
The program prepares residential real estate brokers to not only apply the laws and regulations but also develop abilities to carry out brokerage transactions pertaining to the sale, purchase or leasing of commercial and industrial immovable, including non-residential immovable, of 5 or more dwellings.
Applied Accounting and Administration
This program trains students as technicians in the field of accounting and finance. Successful graduates will intervene in all stages of the accounting cycle and provide technical support for all tasks related to accounting.
Finance
To give students a sound introduction to business administration and financial accounting practices, in preparation for work and/or advancement in the field of finance.

Residential Real Estate Brokerage
The Real Estate industry, the OACIQ (“Organisme d’autoréglementation du Courtage Immobilier du Québec”), has established seven (7) competencies which students in the Residential Real Estate Broker should have developed and mastered in order to act ethically and responsibly in their real estate brokerage practice.
